Complete Water Treatment Systems and Water Supply Schemes

Our typical gravity water treatment scheme consists of coagulation, flocculation, filtration and dis-infection unit processes. Normally the units are Cascade Aerator, Stilling Chamber, Parshall Flume or measuring weir, Flash-mixer or Rapid mix weir, Clarifier or Settling tank, Gravity filter beds, Dis-infection, Chlorine contact tank and Pure Water Sump or Filtered water tank. The ancillary structures are Chemical House and store, Administrative Building and Laboratory, Chlorination room and tonner platform. In case of relevant regulations we do provide wash-water re-circulation arrangement and sludge thickening units.

While designing the systems we take in to consideration the Raw water analysis, Treated water quality requirement, Site ground profile, Soil data, Drainage facility, Approach road, Symmetry of multiple units, Interconnectivity of various units, aesthetics of plant as a whole. We design the plants in manual, semi-automatic or automatic mode of operation. Our layouts are compact in nature and hence cost effective.

In case if required we do the peripheral engineering like River Intake Works, Pump Houses, Pumping or gravity mains and distribution systems. We have about 250-300 complete water treatment plants to our credit in the last 20 years. Many of these are in drinking water sector. We have worked in rural and urban infrastructures. We design the unit processes in order to have minimum rotary equipment. We lay the stress on incorporating design simplicity in planning of the water supply schemes.
