The Water Treatment Plant Complex of Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation is located at 20 km from Panvel at Bhokarpada in Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra. It is on the old Mumbai-Pune highway. The source of raw water is Morbe dam. The raw water is conveyed to treatment plant complex by gravity flow.

The treatment plant complex has two water treatment plants. The capacity of first (old) treatment plant is 100 MLD. It consists of two clariflocculators and 20 no of Rapid sand gravity filter beds.
